FINE to FAB came about because of a need to create awareness for women that need more than a diet to make them feel good. It stems from years of conditioning that needs to be interrupted and replaced.  With advertisements telling us how we should look and what to nip and tuck, it is no wonder so many women have a poor self image and body image. Her message is that you are already Fabulous, Awesome & Beautiful! Lisa believes, “If it were only about the diet, we would all be thin.”


Lisa always felt there was something wrong with her and that she was never enough and this thinking caused her great pain over the years until she learned how to change it all 20 years ago. She states, “I always told everyone I was FINE”, but what “FINE” meant to her wasn’t what it meant to others. To her “FINE” meant “F’d Up, Insecure, Neurotic and Emotional”. She always knew it was within her to feel “FAB”, “Fabulous, Awesome & Beautiful” it just required her to learn how to listen to herself and not others.


Lisa’s passion for empowering women to make conscious healthy choices, not only for their food, but for their behaviors, emotions and their lives has led her to consult with individuals, healthcare professionals, corporations, universities and the media. Lisa was the guest host on the television show, For The Health of It with Dr. Barrett. She is a professional speaker training over 70,000 entrepreneurs in the last 20 years on wellness, leadership, sales & marketing strategies to grow themselves and their business and their minds.
